Tip#1
Automatic data entry into shipments
Preferred carriers can be setup for;
  • Create A Shipment
  • Book A Pickup
  • Rate Enquiry
  • Returns

If you have multiple carriers, each of them can be setup differently with default service, default payer and other settings.

 

Go to My Profile > My User Settings for details.

 
Tip#2
Auto-populate senders and returns

Shipment senders and return receivers can be defaulted, so each time you create shipments these will already be selected.

 

Once these are defaulted please log out and in again.

 

Just visit My Profile > My User Settings for details.

 
Tip#3
Use templates for frequently shipped items

You can create custom templates for “Create A Shipment” shipping items for each Toll carrier and service. This is useful if you send the same shipping items frequently.

 

Once the template is created please log out and in again. You’ll be able to access the template from “Create A Shipment” under the dropdown for item description.

 

Go to My Profile > My Templates for details.

 
Tip#4
Automatic printing

Smart printing you to automatically print labels and shipments with one click and specify what happens after printing.

 

Labels, manifests, shipments and other documents can be sent to different
printers depending on your printing preferences for each item and carrier.
This takes 2 minutes to setup and is for Windows and Mac operating systems.

Notification Preferences

At MyToll and Global Express we know how important it is to keep you and your customers informed about their delivery(s).

We also understand each receiver, whether it be a B2B or B2C shipment have
different notification requirements, which is why we have introduced new
shipment notifications that can be sent via sms or email and the flexibility
to customise which notifications you want your customers to receive.
